Привет!!! Как дела?

Видимо, не очень.

Опять «достали» в школе, насмехаются друзья, больно задирают одноклассники? А на твой вопрос: «Что делать? Когда это закончится?» слышишь все те же ответы: «Потерпи, вот вырастешь...» или «Черную полосу когда-нибудь сменит белая, надо подождать...»

И вот ты все ждешь и ждешь.

А потом, пытаясь убежать от действительности, подходишь к громадному стеллажу, сверху до низу заваленному коммиксами и дисками с фильмами про супергероев, и погружаешься в нереальный мир. Человек-паук, капитан Америка, Черепашки-Ниндзя, Бэтмен, Рассамаха, Супермен... Вот было бы здорово! Всего один маленький укус радиоактивного паука или кусочек крептонита и ты сильный, смелый, вызывающий у всех восхищение, уважение и даже страх!

Но если разобраться, то что сделали эти супергерои, чтобы стать такими? Ничего. Все свои способности они получили случайно, не прилагая никаких усилий, чтобы измениться. А в таком случае, разве можно считать их настоящими? Думаю, ты понимаешь, что нет. Мудрецы востока говорили: « Не стоит ждать, пока мир вокруг тебя изменится, нужно измениться самому.»

Начни с малого.

Встань пораньше, сделай разминку, отожмись, присядь хотя бы 20 раз, поработай над прессом. И не беда, что сначала будет тяжело. Болезненный и слабый в детстве ребенок, благодаря усердным и постоянным тренировкам Брюс Ли стал великим масетром кунг-фу и добился успехов в кино.

Хуо Ян Цзя, страдающий от астмы, известен нам по фильму «Бесстрашный».

Арнольд Шварцнегер ежедневно проводил в спортзале не менее 2 часов.

И таких примеров среди известных и знаменитых личностей много. Всех их объединяет одна черта. Эти люди не побоялись вступить в самый сложный поединок в своей жизни – борьбу с самими собой и со своими недостатками. Именно это позволило им стать лучшими. Начни прямо сейчас. И очень скоро ты заметишь, как качественно изменилась твоя жизнь. Успехи в учебе, легкость в общении, жизнерадостность. А главное, тебе больше не захочется быть кем-то другим. Тебе понравится быть самим собой, уверенным в своих возможностях, реально смотрящим на мир вокруг.

В прошлую субботу инструкторы Золотого Дракона провели первую детскую мастерскую, наши ученики узнали много нового о драконах, самостоятельно раскрашивали дракончиков и пили чай. На тренировках, нам приходится много раз повторять одни и те же движения, следить за правильностью их выполнения. Для меня это не просто, потому что я еще маленькая и часто отвлекаюсь, но я стараюсь. Благодаря стараниям, я становлюсь дисциплинированней и внимательней. И чем больше у меня получается, тем уверенней я становлюсь.

Child's Training with dumbbells

Joint mobility exercises

1 Head rotations

Perform head rotation 20 times in each direction. All exercises should be carried out carefully. The speed of motion is average.

2 Arm swings

Swing your arms forward then backward, 20 times in each direction. Fists should be clenched, elbows straight.

3 Waist rotations

Perform a waist rotation 20 times in one direction and the same in another. Starting position: legs spread slightly wider than shoulder width, feet apart at 45 degree angles. Hands on your hips. During the rotation, the bend must be at its maximum.

4 Knee rotations

Starting position: feet shoulder width apart, hands on knees. Rotate your knees 20 times inside, 20 times outside.

5 Leopard breaches defense

From a neutral position perform chain strikes with vertical fists. The reverse hand moves toward the elbow of the striking arm. Strikes are applied continuously, the speed is above average. Do three sets of a hundred strikes.

6 Tiger does roundhouse blows

Exercise is carried out from a horse stance position. Fist of a striking hand performs a horizontal figure eight. Exercises are performed consistently with both hands, the motion is uninterrupted. When performing the movement with one hand, second hand is at the hip. Later, the hands change. Exercise is carried out from a 100 to 300 times.

7 Snake beats on two levels

This is a punch using a vertical fist. The first strike is performed from a neutral position. Next one simultaneously with forward squating on one leg. Then, straightening the knees and assuming a neutral position, perform two successive blows, then the punch and a squat follow. Thus while doing this exercise,you do in on both sides. Complete combination includes two squats, one on each leg, do 50 combinations.

8 Dragon defflects the attack

From position 1, do two full forward hand rotations and lock them in position 4, then do one full rotation back and assume a starting position. Further, pulling the front foot toward the back foot, perform with your lead hand a horizontal hammer blow, and while taking a step forward with the other foot, do the roundhouse punch in the horizontal plane with the front hand, assuming the position 9. Now exercise is carried out on the other side. Perform 100 combinations.

Every parent wants to see their child cheerful, lively and carefree happy.

Truth

Little yin asked the master:

Teacher-Yang, is there any Truth?

Infinity

Wise Yang said:

-Knowledge sets a person free.

Little Yin asked:

-Is it true that a lot of knowledge can bring a lot of grief?

Wise Yang replied:

Little yin asked:

-Is the Path of Knowledge - infinite?

Wise Yang answered:

- Knowledge has no borders, but only a free man can walk this Path.

Little yin asked:

- Free from what?

Wise Yang answered:

- Free from the opinions of the crowd. The crowd always sacrifices the best for the survival of the worst.

Little yin asked:

- Freed, can one grasp infinity?

Wise Yang answered:

- Infinity can not be grasped, but one can become IT. For this purpose, Little yin, you need to calm your mind by immersing it in your heart.

Little yin asked:

Wise Yang answered:

Two Ways

On the Path of Knowledge you are cheerful and healthy, while on the Path of Suffering you are exhausted. And when you're exhausted, you need to be comforted.

-Consolation is alcohol and drugs? - asked the Little yin.

- Thus, going with everyone, always be one, and having everything, have nothing. And then you will be freed.

-Path of Knowledge leads to freedom? - asked the Little Yin.

-Path of Knowledge leads to Love, - replied the Wise Yang. - Stepping on it, you're almost free, untill you'll get rid of the temptation to step off it. Following the right Path, you'll find yourself and will fall in love. Then you will get the strength to help others.

-This is great! - Helping others! - rejoiced Little yin. And he began to meditate on choosing the right Path.
